1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the Badjee (badjee.app) website and mobile application, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Badjee platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Badjee and the user. Badjee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Badjee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by third parties.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Badjee may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Badjee accepts deposits via various mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency are also supported. Deposit terms and conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is determined by the selected payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2 minutes. Delays may occur due to banking system issues.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7 Limitation of Liability

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, lost internet connection, or any other reason, Badjee will generally restore the game from where it left off. If that is not possible in a particular situation, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
